Benjamin Dragstrem is the CEO and Co-Founder of Spearhead PMG, LLC, bringing over a decade of military service, advanced education, and operational leadership to federal and commercial project management.

A career military professional, Benjamin started his service in 2014 as a Pararescueman (PJ), where he developed expertise in high-stakes emergency operations, team leadership, and mission-critical execution. He transitioned to the Air National Guard as a Combat Emergency Response Force (CERFP) member, integrating civilian emergency response protocols with military precision. His dual background in military operations and emergency response uniquely positions him to manage complex, time-sensitive federal programs.

Beyond his military credentials, Benjamin brings substantial academic and professional expertise. He holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, combining strategic leadership with cutting-edge technical knowledge. As a certified Paramedic and college professor, Benjamin has trained and mentored professionals across medical, technical, and operational disciplines. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, and numerous specialized credentials in federal compliance, emergency management, and systems engineering.
